Invoices

Time and Materials

Briefcase lets you keep track of the amount of time spent on a job. Monitor task work trends and even see what others in the studio are up to.   
Create new timesheets easily or add time to your allocated tasks for a job.  You can print timesheet reports by employee or by job.

Rates

The rates matrix allows you to create rates for different activities you charge clients, such as design or printing. Define default descriptions for fast data entry when creating quotes/estimates.
You can set dollar amounts or percentage markups and name rate tiers for easy identification. You can even make the rates correspond with the sales/expense codes used in your accounting package.

Settings

Customise Briefcase to suit the way your business operates.  From job numbering to rate tiers, tax rates to payment terms, Briefcase saves you time by applying the defaults you set.
You may also want to assign user privileges to each Briefcase user account to allow or restrict access to certain sections of the software.
