Passcodes
To obtain a passcode please submit your certificate number and email address. Please note, if you are using Briefcase 1.03 - 3.07 your certificate will change each time you are prompted to verify. You must keep the prompt open until you recieve your passcode via email.
What are passcodes?
Your copy of Briefcase will require license verification 30 days after purchase. As the date approaches you will be reminded by a pop up dialog for five days.
If you have been prompted to verify your license with a passcode you must contact our support team with a certificate number – you can find your certificate number in the prompt. Please note that the certificate number is different each time so be sure to obtain a passcode while the prompt is up on your screen.
Add New Users
If you have purchased additional users and would like to add them to your system, you can do so in the Settings window of Briefcase. Click the 'Add' Button and enter your passcode to activate your new users license.
