How do I change the order of items in a print report?
You can change the order of items in the list by clicking the sort icon. This will move a line item up by one row.
How do I clone a record?
Click the Clone button at the top of the screen in the relevant window. This will create a duplicate of the record. This function is useful if you wish to create a new record (eg. an Estimate) that is based on, or similar to a previous record.

Where available select Edit in the drop down list. Enter a new option in the value list dialog.
How do I filter a list to display only certain records of a type?
Click the filter menu next to the Find button to view the range of filter options available for the section you are currently in. Select an appropriate filter (eg. Current Jobs) from the drop down list. A list of matching records will be displayed. Click the All button to return to the entire list.

Why can’t I edit any of the fields in a record?
If you cannot modify a record, the record has been locked. It is likely that another user has locked the record so it cannot be modified by other users. Press the Lock button at the top of the window to unlock the record. Depending on your access privileges you may not have access to the Lock function.
